Healthcare is Broken. We Aren't Here to Patch It; We're Here to Replace It.
For decades, the relationship between a patient and their clinician has been crowded by intermediaries—insurance adjusters, corporate administrators, and third-party payers. The result? A system where costs go up, time goes down, and health is an afterthought.
TAP Health was founded on a simple, radical premise:** The most important relationship in society is the one between a person and their healer. Everything else is secondary.
A Model Where Everyone Wins.
We believe that for healthcare to actually work, the incentives must be aligned for every stakeholder. The "Old Model" relies on someone losing for someone else to gain. The TAP Model creates a virtuous cycle:
For the Patient: You gain Agency. You move from "Sick Care" to "Longevity," backed by a team that advocates for you and a platform where you own your data for life.
For the Clinician: You gain Autonomy. You are freed from the administrative "trauma" of the corporate treadmill, allowed to practice the deep, integrative medicine you were trained for.
For the Employer: You gain Sustainability. You stop the "Premium Death Spiral" by investing in a high-performance workforce that is actually healthy, rather than just "insured."
I. Sovereignty Over Data: We believe health data is a human right. We provide the Vault so that you carry your medical truth with you, wherever you go, forever.
II. Radical Transparency: In our model, costs are flat, predictable, and transparent. We work for our members, not for a claims department.
III. Root-Cause Clinical Focus: We refuse to settle for symptom management. Our clinicians are empowered to look deeper—at your biology, your lifestyle, and your longevity.
Conceptualized by the Patients First Foundation team, doing well first is our aim.
The TAP Mission; To return the "Primary" to Primary Care, and ensuring every patient has access and agency. We believe that elite, integrative medicine shouldn't just be for the few—it should be accessible to every single patient.
The TAP Social Contract: We accept donations from investors, employers, and private individuals specifically to fund memberships for those in need. When you join or invest in TAP, you are supporting a system that "donates" care back to underserved patients, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent access to life-changing clinical advocacy.
Join the Movement.
Whether you are looking for care, looking to provide care, or looking to support the mission, there is a place for you in the TAP ecosystem.
I am a Patient – Seeking elite primary care and data sovereignty.
I am a Patient in Need – Requesting a sponsored membership through our foundation.
I am a Clinician – Ready to reclaim my autonomy and practice real medicine.
I am an Employer – Looking to protect my team and my bottom line.
I am an Investor/Donor – Interested in scaling the new model of care.
At TAP Health, we believe that high-quality primary care is a right, not a privilege. Through partnerships, investors, donors or anyone looking to do good, we will offer sponsored memberships to underserved individuals.
Employers or investors, let’s discuss specific programs for your local community, for every dollar of ‘free care’ provided to underserved communities there is a resulting $13 return on investment - bring health and opportunity to where you live.
Sponsored patients are required to provide their total commitment and to engage fully with their care team; taking an active role in their health journey. We will de-identify data and report back to sponsors how much good their donation did for the sponsored patient and for that community.
